Jimmie was personable and gave us a quote that I'm very interested in, came in for wall units and I m most likely getting central air for an affordable price.
1. Salesman Jimmie was so nice. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I already knew I was going to go with this company for a new tankless hot water heater before the price came in because for me, I factor in friendliness and trustworthiness, especially if you’re doing work in my house and it’s a big purchase that better last for awhile. Was even better when the price came in lower or at par with a few other quotes I received. 2. Now the plumbers have come and spent all day here installing the new tankless hot water heater. It was apparent one was an apprentice or being trained but he was so nice and considerate which goes a long long way, again, especially when you’re in my house with me all day long; he’ll be invaluable once he learns the plumbing trade.
I’d definitely use Zenner & Ritter again … I am looking to redo my bathroom as much as DIY as I can but I’ll hire them for new plumbing fixtures, etc for sure! 👍🏼

Jake was great and let me know when he'd be here. He was very efficient, put on shoe covers when he entered the house, and explained everything. I felt bad that he had to be outside in the cold for a while. He was very nice & good at what he does.
Zenner And Ritter has some of the best customer service of any company I’ve Gone through… Prompt service… And very Courteous service people come out and tell you the truth about stuff that’s going on with your furnace or air conditioning… Just had a guy named Elijah help us out with our furnace and was super knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly… Gave me my choices and wasn’t trying to sell me… All of which I appreciate it very much… They are lucky to have him
Bought water tank in October 2021 we then left driving to Florida April 2023, and after being there two days neighbor called saying there was water pouring out the front of my street. I had my neighbor go over to the basement and the drain valve on the hot water tank exploded. He shut everything off. Everything was OK due to his efforts then called Zenner & Ritter. They came out. Ordered a replacement valve and did the repair, which was under warranty. Nate did a great job very cordial guy.
Excellent service. Notified of arrival time, on time, kept informed of progress, technican used booties on shoes when entering house, cleaned area before leaving and expaination of work done. Very knowledgeable.
Earl Farley was great! Enjoyed speaking with him about the system they will install, he explained everything clearly and made sure I had no questions. Very friendly, on time too. I feel very comfortable with him, we actually went into good conversation about refrigerants as I work in auto A/C industry so we were able to connect on up-coming refrigerant changes. Good talk!
