I called to make an appointment for the yearly checkup on my whole house generator at 1:30 pm . The scheduler had a serviceman here by 3:30 pm that same afternoon . That is impressive service . Serviceman was professional , answered my questions , and explained the costs and billing options available to me.
Andrew did a good job finding the problem. But can he come out one more time to double check. I aired the house out. But now the furnace is kicking in and I'm not sure it it's still coming out. So, can you send him to do a final check. Please I hear the radiator kicking in But can't tell if more is coming out. Please send Andrew he was very thorough. Matt was a great technician. Very good at trouble shooting the problem of a brand new furnace put in by another business. Explained what he found, took his time. My furnace runs quiet now, I do not feel air that is too warm blowing all over my bedroom. Found an issue with the new thermostat by calibrating it to a temperature measuring tool causing the correct Room temperature to the set program. Excellent worker, curtious, good work ethic. It was a pleasure, Matt.
