I recently had to have my Generac home generator yearly maintenance done. I have a great local company Zenner & Ritter who installed my generator and their maintenance worker P J did a awesome job for me! He was polite, professional, and really appreciated that I went and dug out the around the generator to make it easier for him to do the maintenance. He was very knowledgable about generators and left me with key information about upcoming hour marks that will ensure optimal performance of my generator.
Very professional, checked everything and more. The end result was not what I wanted to hear, I need a new furnace. Looks like its gonna take a few days, the loan of space heaters was welcome because it's cold both outside and inside. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly. New furnace installed in about a 1/2 day, everything explained to my satisfaction, very satisfied.
Great work! We had a new furnace and AC replacement, with some new duct work that needed to be done. It was a big job to get done in a day but they did it and did a great job!
Rob tried very hard to solve my problem. Sadly I have more problems than he could solve. He wasn't able to fix it but was helpful with advice on other potential solutions.I have to add that one of Rob's suggestions worked. Thank you Rob.
Shoutout to Technician James Manfredi. Had an issue with our furnace showing an alert code. Did thorough diagnostics and follow through. Excellent service

It’s was a late weekend call. They took all the info and said a tech will call back with an eta. The tech call and said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was. Forty five minutes later the furnace was fixed.

Ken and Dakari did a great job...told us what they were going to do step by step kept asking us if we had any questions...were prompt finished on time and cleaned up as they went...we were very satisfied...
Rob did a great job, found a wire problem, an airflow problem and fixed both. My furnace and Compressor were wired backwards (the fan) and is now working correctly.
We have used Zenner & Ritter since we purchased our generator. Always treated with respect and the technical team would spend time explaining what they did and what may be needed in the future. Very pleased.
